Completed day 2 of the 30-day workout, beating the game's expectations. Tomorrow's supposed to be a rest day, but I might do a light workout anyway, just to see what other kinds of exercises there are.
How has your workout been coming along? I see yo uhaven't posted as of the 4th of July. I'm on the verge of completion of my first 30Day Challenge and passing the halfway mark did indeed increase the intensity. I tend to surpass the calorie goal each workout as well. Just wondering if youve stuck with the workout and how its faring for you now.
Also, what intensity did you set it at?
